Anxiety and nervousness overcame me as seconds ticked by. I mumbled a hasty prayer as I sat down in the examination hall. As the clock struck 12, I picked up my pen and put on my thinking cap…
This afternoon, I had my first paper. I could say that I was rather prepared for the paper because I could answer 80% of the questions. Even though, I am unsure of how the result would turn out, because there are many external factors that contribute to good grades. Don’t understand? Ok, I shall give you an example.
For instance, you answered a question and you thought that was a marvellous answer. But sadly, your professor could not comprehend and failed you for that question.
Now, do you understand?
*cross finger cross toe*
The exam hall was freezing!! How cold?? About -5 degree C. I could imagine long icicles like crystal dragger hanging down from the ceiling and ice flakes settling on my neatly pinned-up hair. I had frost bite… Was I in the artic or at a tropical island? I couldn’t differentiate anymore.
Hahaha!!! So exaggerating….
I mean, the exam hall was cold and to be more realistic, my teeth was chattering away for the past 2 and a half hours. My fingers and toes turned purple and numb. What were the examiners thinking? Are they trying to freeze our brains so that we cannot analysis the question or are they trying to keep us awake in the lazy afternoon?
Lastly, why am I blogging?? I still have plenty to study!!!
1 paper down, 5 more to go…Jia you!!!
