The weather is cocked up and it made me sick. This is the first time I fall sick in 5 years. I hate falling sick but I do enjoy the process of getting well.
It was partially because I was caught in the rain for the whole day while we were doing our canvassing job on Sunday. It was also because I did not have enough sleep as I was having morning lecture yesterday.
My head was spinning like a top from the moment I stepped out from bed. Then, my joints were aching. Soon after, my limps went weak and I had fever. I apologize if I was in foul mood yesterday, as it was really difficult to control my temper when I am feeling unwell.
I didn’t want to go home because the highly anticipated management with humor lecture was in the evening. Even though I could hardly keep myself focus, I do enjoy the lecture. It was extremely humorous. There were really tons and tons of jokes!!
I like getting well. That’s because, I have valid reason to slack. No one scolds me when I lie around, no one disturb when I am in bed and most importantly, I can have a nice, long rest.
I was glad that ash knew my unhappiness and discontent when she walked away last Sunday without telling me, making me wait like a toad. I was boiling. Anyway, it was a misunderstanding. She has her side of the story and I had mine. Like a piece of mosaic, the picture only gets clearer when we stand further.
My fever had subdued and I am not feeling so terrible now, thanks to mummy’s great care. When everything goes disarray, mum will always be there to shower me with love. =)
When will it stop raining?
